Plans, Goals, and Advocacy:
If elected, I will strengthen coordination among District Directors to make PARA more efficient, transparent, and accountable.

I will promote digital innovation to enhance services and expand membership engagement through training, capacity-building, and emergency communication programs.

I initiated the revival of the District 1 Pakulo in 2017, 2018, and 2019, and organized the District 1 Grand Eyeball 2022 at Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife. I will continue strengthening coordination with LGUs, the PNP, Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary, and organizations like the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and media groups to introduce the youth and the public to amateur radio.

These partnerships aim to broaden the reach of our organization and increase membership by showing the lasting value of ham radio in the modern world.

Ultimately, my goal is for PARA to be recognized worldwide as an organization of amateurs, hobbyists, and public servants — not only in times of need, but also as a vital means of communication anywhere and everywhere.

Together, let’s make PARA a more united, proactive, and service-driven organization—true to the spirit of volunteerism and bayanihan through amateur radio.
